All product measurements are taken manually and are provided as approximate values. Minor variations in dimensions, weight, or finish may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT, where applicable.
Payment methods accepted may include major debit/credit cards and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through PCI DSS–compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the UAE.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Requests for returns or cancellations must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Warranty & Care
Our jewelry is crafted for everyday elegance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered under warranty.
Any repair or replacement requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Shipping and repair charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, images, designs, text, graphics, and product designs, is the exclusive property of EDA Jewels and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
