Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt will also be required.

Return Requests

  • Approval is required before returning any item. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
  • To request a return or exchange, reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the item details. We’ll guide you through the process.

Exchanges

  • If you want a different item, return the original item after approval and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and show the amount in your account.
  • A return shipping fee of AED 35 applies. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
