Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We only Deliver to main city areas, we cannot deliver to Remote locations within the UAE, if your address is remote then you will be contacted by our team to issue a refund.
Delivery Timelines
• Dubai:
Enjoy free same-day delivery on all orders placed by 3:00 PM (GST).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
• Rest of UAE:
We offer free next-day delivery on orders placed by 1:00 PM (GST). Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the following business day.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
• Free same-day delivery within Dubai (orders placed by 3 PM)
• Free next-day delivery across the UAE
Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message or call from our delivery partner.
Delivery Attempts
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, re-delivery may take additional time.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Failed Same Day Delivery Attempts
For same-day delivery orders, only one delivery attempt will be made.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or non-responsiveness, the order will be rescheduled for the next available delivery time slot, which may be on the following day depending on delivery availability.
Failed Next Day Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or non-responsiveness, the order will be automatically cancelled. Any applicable refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond our control such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or courier delays.
